What exactly do I get from a data analytics and dashboard project?
You get a working system, not a one-off report. It includes connections to your systems, files and online services, an organized database or warehouse, dashboards that refresh automatically, and a written description of how each indicator is calculated. If you need an answer to a specific question, such as why sales dropped, we add exploratory analysis too. The code and documentation belong to you.
How does the process work and how long does a dashboard project take?
We start with the decisions the reports should support, and only then look at the data. Next we review the sources, check their quality and build a first dashboard for one chosen area. We work iteratively, so you see something working after each stage and can change direction. Duration depends mostly on the number of sources and the state of the data, so we give a realistic schedule after a short analysis, not upfront.
What drives the cost of a data analytics project?
The biggest factor is the number and quality of data sources. Exporting from one system is very different from joining several, each with its own formats and errors. The number of dashboards, refresh frequency, the need for a data warehouse and the scope of exploratory analysis also matter. We base the estimate on a short data review and a list of indicators, then split the work into stages so you can start with the most important area.
How safe and reliable is my data in an analytics project?
The most common risk is not a leak but wrong data that leads to wrong decisions. So we clean and validate data on intake and write down indicator definitions so everyone reads the numbers the same way. Access is granted by role, and we work under security management practices aligned with ISO/IEC 27001. If the data includes personal information, we limit its scope or anonymize it wherever a report does not need to identify people.
Can I extend the dashboards myself or with another team after launch?
Yes. The code, database structure and documentation belong to you, and we use common technologies such as Python, PostgreSQL and React. After launch new questions usually appear, so we are happy to add indicators and sources in later stages. We can also handle maintenance, monitoring of data refreshes and fixes when an external system changes. You decide whether we do it or your own team does.
