We pick the part with the most manual effort, build the automation on real examples and run it alongside manual work to compare results. Time depends on the number of steps and systems, and on how varied the documents are. We work iteratively, so the first useful result arrives before the full solution is finished.

Cost depends on the number of steps, the variety of documents, the number of integrations and the required accuracy. We judge the payoff with you: how much time the process takes today, how often it repeats and what errors cost. Sometimes a simpler automation without AI is enough, and we say so honestly. We estimate after analyzing the process, not in advance.

No automation handles every case, so we build an exception path: when the system is unsure of a result, it routes the case to a person with context attached. We also keep a history of operations, so you can tell what changed and when. Access to data is limited to what is necessary, and processing rules are settled before we start, in line with an ISO/IEC 27001 approach.

Such changes do happen and can break an automation, so we add monitoring that reports failures instead of silently skipping them. We can handle maintenance and adapt the flow to new formats.
