Sometimes the finding is that AI does not pay off in a given spot. That answer has value too, because it saves budget.
What does an AI readiness audit look like and how long does it take?
We talk to the people responsible for processes, review the available data and systems, then rate ideas by value, difficulty and risk. We close with a walkthrough of the findings. Time depends on company size and how many processes you want covered. It is a much shorter stage than implementation, and it is meant to help you avoid costly mistakes in choosing a direction.
What determines the cost of consulting and how do I estimate an AI implementation budget?
Consulting cost depends on scope: the number of processes, departments and systems we analyse. The budget of a later implementation is estimated from the number of integrations, data quality, required accuracy and model running costs. We show ranges and assumptions, not a single figure from thin air, and point out what would change the estimate. That lets you decide before a large investment.
What data and compliance risks should be assessed before adopting AI?
It is worth checking which personal and confidential data will be processed, where it will go (a model provider or your own infrastructure), who can access it and how answer quality will be verified. We also assess dependence on a single model vendor. We do not replace legal advice, but we flag issues to discuss with a lawyer. We work in line with an ISO/IEC 27001 approach.
Do I have to commission the implementation from Cormo after consulting?
No. The report and recommendations are yours, and you can carry them out with your own team or another contractor. If you choose to work with us, we move from plan to prototype and then to implementation, working iteratively. The choice of contractor stays with you, and the recommendations keep their value either way.
