IT system integration
Systems that talk to each other save hours of work and reduce errors. We connect what runs separately today into one consistent data flow.
Services in: System integration
API integration
We expose your system’s data to other applications and connect it to external services, with clear documentation and a focus on security.
ERP and e-commerce integration
An order from the store lands in the ERP, stock goes back to the site and the invoice is issued automatically. Data flows with no manual work.
What we can do for you
API integrations
Connections to external services, partners and your own systems.
Data synchronization
Automatic exchange of orders, stock, customers and payments.
Queues and monitoring
Reliable processing with retries, logs and error alerts.
Migrations and conversions
Moving data between systems and converting formats.
About this service
System integration connects company applications so that data flows automatically: between ERP, CRM, online stores, accounting, couriers and external services. We design API integrations, including REST interfaces, webhooks and queues, with error monitoring.
Thanks to integrations, employees do not retype data, and the company has current stock, orders and documents across all systems at once.
Why Cormo
Less manual work
Data entered once reaches every place it is needed.
Reliability
We design so that a failure in one system does not stop the whole.
Transparency
You see what was sent and when, and what went wrong.

Experience you can rely on
Integrations are a common part of our projects. We connect company systems, stores, accounting and external services through APIs, queues and exchange files, with error monitoring and the ability to reprocess data.
How we work
- 01
Meeting
We learn the business goal, the users and the project constraints.
- 02
Estimate
We settle the scope, a first estimate and a schedule.
- 03
Delivery
We design, build and test in short iterations.
- 04
Support
We deploy, monitor and evolve the solution after launch.

Frequently asked questions
What is IT system integration and what exactly do you do?
Integration connects systems that run separately today into one consistent flow of data, so nobody retypes it by hand. We build API and webhook connections, synchronization of orders, stock, customers and payments, and queues with retries, logs and alerts. We work with Laravel, Python and PostgreSQL and run solutions in Docker. We hand over the code and documentation to you.
How does an integration project work and how long does it take?
We start with a map of systems: what should talk to what, in which direction and how often. Then we check available APIs and limits, design the data flow and build the integration in stages, testing on sample data and then on real data. Timing depends on the number of systems, the quality of their documentation and the complexity of business rules. Older systems without an API take more work, which we discuss upfront.
What drives the cost of an integration and how do you estimate it?
The main factors are the number of connected systems, the quality and availability of their APIs, the sync direction (one-way or two-way), data volume, mapping rules and exception handling. Monitoring, logging and migration of historical data also count. We begin with a short analysis, because hidden limits in external systems can change the scope. That way the budget rests on facts rather than assumptions.
What happens if one system goes down or the data is wrong?
We design integrations so an outage does not lose events and data can be reprocessed. Events go into queues, and failed operations are retried with a log and an alert if the error repeats. We validate incoming data and protect access with authentication and minimal permissions, following practices aligned with ISO/IEC 27001. Before launch we test failure scenarios so it is clear who responds to a problem and how.
Who maintains the integration and what if an external system changes its API?
External APIs change, so an integration needs care: monitoring, updates after vendor changes and adjustment to new processes. The code and documentation are yours, but we can handle maintenance under a separate agreement. Logs and alerts show when something stops working before customers notice. The integration can also be extended later to more systems without rebuilding the whole.
