Artificial intelligence

AI for e-commerce

A store holds data that can turn into sales: order history, search queries and product descriptions. We add AI features that help customers and save your team time.

What we can do for you

Semantic search

Results based on the meaning of the query, not only on keywords.

Product recommendations

Suggestions tailored to customer behavior and cart contents.

Product content

Generating and standardizing descriptions, translations and attributes with human approval.

Shopping assistant and support

A chatbot answering questions about products, delivery and returns.

About this service

AI adoption in a company usually starts with a single process: handling customer inquiries, processing documents, searching company knowledge or forecasting. Depending on the task we build chatbots and assistants, AI agents, process automation, OpenAI API (ChatGPT) integration, generative solutions with RAG, or predictive models.

As a software house we handle the engineering side: connecting the model to your systems, data security (with GDPR in mind), control of model usage costs, and the ability to switch providers without rebuilding the application.

Experience you can rely on

For years we have built business systems in PHP, Python and JavaScript. We treat language models and machine learning as one more component of such a system: first we establish which process should benefit and what data that requires.

How we work

  1. 01

    Meeting

We learn the business goal, the users and the project constraints.

  2. 02

    Estimate

We settle the scope, a first estimate and a schedule.

  3. 03

    Delivery

We design, build and test in short iterations.

  4. 04

    Support

We deploy, monitor and evolve the solution after launch.

AI agents

An AI agent does not only answer, it acts: it fetches data, calls APIs, prepares documents and asks for approval where a person should decide.

Process automation

We take over repetitive work with documents, emails and spreadsheets. Your team handles exceptions and decisions instead of retyping data.

Generative AI

We connect language models to your company knowledge. With RAG, answers rely on current documents and not only on what the model learned earlier.

AI consulting

Before you invest in artificial intelligence, we check where it will bring a measurable result, which data is needed and what it will cost.

Predictive AI

The data your company already holds can suggest decisions. We build models that forecast demand, flag deviations and assess risk.

Data science and analytics

We organize data from many sources and present it in a form you can use daily: reports, dashboards and analyses for management and teams.

OpenAI (ChatGPT) integration

We connect OpenAI models to the apps, CRM and processes in your company. We design it so you can change the model provider without rebuilding the whole system.

AI document processing

Instead of retyping invoices, contracts and orders, the system reads them, pulls out the needed data and hands it to accounting software or an ERP system. A person checks only what is uncertain.

Computer vision

A camera or a phone photo can be a source of data. We build systems that recognize objects, read labels and detect deviations, and pass the results to your software.

Frequently asked questions

What AI features can be added to an online store?

Most often we implement semantic search that understands the meaning of a query and not only keywords, product recommendations based on customer behavior, generation and standardization of descriptions and translations, and an assistant that answers questions about products, delivery and returns. We integrate them with your platform, for example WooCommerce or a custom solution. AI-generated content goes through human approval. The code and documentation belong to you.

What does an AI rollout in a store look like and how long does it take?

We start with one feature that solves the most noticeable problem, such as a weak search. We analyze store data: the catalog, order history and customer queries. Then we build a trial version and test it on real examples before connecting it to the store. We work iteratively, so further features arrive in stages. Duration depends on the platform, catalog size and the quality of product data, so we give a schedule after reviewing your store.

What drives the cost of AI features in an online store?

The main factors are the number of features, the store platform, the size and tidiness of the product catalog and how much customer behavior data is available. Integrations, for example with a warehouse system or customer support, add scope. Model usage is a separate running cost that grows with traffic. That is why we add caching and limits and estimate the cost of a single request, so you can forecast spending as sales grow.

Could an AI assistant give customers wrong information about products or returns?

The risk exists, so we limit the assistant to store knowledge: the catalog, terms and delivery rules. Answers rely on those sources, and when the assistant is unsure it hands the case to a person. Product descriptions generated by AI are approved by an employee before publication. We protect customer data by limiting its scope and access, following practices aligned with ISO/IEC 27001 and taking GDPR into account.

How do I measure the effect of AI in my store, and what comes after launch?

After launch it is worth comparing new features with the earlier state: do customers find products more often, click recommendations or write to support less. We base this on store data and analytics, not on assumptions. We can refine search and recommendations based on results and scale the solution as traffic grows. The implementation is yours, with code and documentation, so any team can develop it further.
