What is an application with built-in AI and what will I get?
It is an app or SaaS platform in which AI performs specific tasks for the user: an assistant that helps with work, semantic search, summaries, or answers based on data inside the app. We can add such features to an existing product or build a new one from prototype to production version with accounts and payments. You receive the code, documentation and an architecture in which the model can be swapped. All of it belongs to you.
How does building an AI product work, from idea to production?
First we validate the idea on a prototype that shows whether AI really solves the user’s problem. Only then do we invest in the full version: accounts, payments, security and an admin panel. We work iteratively, so after each stage you can check the result, show it to users and change direction. Duration depends on scope and on whether we add AI to an existing app or build a new one, so we set the schedule after a workshop.
What drives the cost of an AI application and the cost of running it?
There are two separate parts: the cost of building and the cost of model usage with every user action. Building depends on feature scope, integrations, accounts, payments and the level of quality control. Usage cost depends on the model, request length and number of users. That is why we plan caching, limits and model choice per task in the architecture, and estimate the cost of one use before launch so you know whether the business model works.
How do you protect user data and keep AI answers reliable in an app?
We isolate user data, limit what reaches the model and review the provider’s terms. We follow practices aligned with ISO/IEC 27001 and take GDPR into account. Answer quality is controlled with a test set of questions, a narrow scope of tasks and source citations where they matter. Models can be wrong, so we design the interface to let users easily check and correct the result.
What happens to an AI product after release as the user base grows?
After release we watch real usage: which features work, what they cost and where answers fail. Based on that we refine prompts, add caching and use cheaper models for simpler tasks. The architecture lets the server scale with traffic, and a stack built on Laravel, Python, React and PostgreSQL does not tie you to a single vendor. The code and documentation are yours, so our team or yours can continue development.
