Artificial intelligence

AI agents that perform tasks in your systems

An AI agent does not only answer, it acts: it fetches data, calls APIs, prepares documents and asks for approval where a person should decide.

What we can do for you

Back-office agents

They prepare quotes, summarize correspondence and fill in data across systems.

Sales support agents

They research companies, enrich leads and draft meeting notes.

Analytical agents

They gather data from many sources and assemble reports in a set format.

Safe permissions

Every agent has a clear scope of action, logs and approval points.

About this service

AI adoption in a company usually starts with a single process: handling customer inquiries, processing documents, searching company knowledge or forecasting. Depending on the task we build chatbots and assistants, AI agents, process automation, OpenAI API (ChatGPT) integration, generative solutions with RAG, or predictive models.

As a software house we handle the engineering side: connecting the model to your systems, data security (with GDPR in mind), control of model usage costs, and the ability to switch providers without rebuilding the application.

Why Cormo

Human oversight

Critical actions need approval and every step is written to a log.

Works with your tools

Agents use your existing APIs and systems, so the team does not change how it works.

Measurable result

We agree on metrics before launch, such as handling time or number of correctly closed tasks.

Experience you can rely on

For years we have built business systems in PHP, Python and JavaScript. We treat language models and machine learning as one more component of such a system: first we establish which process should benefit and what data that requires.

How we work

  1. 01

    Meeting

We learn the business goal, the users and the project constraints.

  2. 02

    Estimate

We settle the scope, a first estimate and a schedule.

  3. 03

    Delivery

We design, build and test in short iterations.

  4. 04

    Support

We deploy, monitor and evolve the solution after launch.

Process automation

We take over repetitive work with documents, emails and spreadsheets. Your team handles exceptions and decisions instead of retyping data.

Generative AI

We connect language models to your company knowledge. With RAG, answers rely on current documents and not only on what the model learned earlier.

AI consulting

Before you invest in artificial intelligence, we check where it will bring a measurable result, which data is needed and what it will cost.

Predictive AI

The data your company already holds can suggest decisions. We build models that forecast demand, flag deviations and assess risk.

Data science and analytics

We organize data from many sources and present it in a form you can use daily: reports, dashboards and analyses for management and teams.

OpenAI (ChatGPT) integration

We connect OpenAI models to the apps, CRM and processes in your company. We design it so you can change the model provider without rebuilding the whole system.

AI document processing

Instead of retyping invoices, contracts and orders, the system reads them, pulls out the needed data and hands it to accounting software or an ERP system. A person checks only what is uncertain.

Computer vision

A camera or a phone photo can be a source of data. We build systems that recognize objects, read labels and detect deviations, and pass the results to your software.

AI for e-commerce

A store holds data that can turn into sales: order history, search queries and product descriptions. We add AI features that help customers and save your team time.

Frequently asked questions

What is an AI agent and how is it different from a regular chatbot?

A chatbot mostly answers questions, while an AI agent carries out tasks: it fetches data from systems, calls APIs, prepares documents and asks for approval where a person should decide. We deliver the agent together with the tools it can use, its rules of operation, logging of its steps and integrations with your systems. We set its permissions deliberately and narrowly.

How is an AI agent built and how long does it take?

We start by describing one process step by step and marking which decisions the agent may take alone. Then we build a test version with read-only access, check it on real cases and gradually add permission to act. Duration depends on how many systems the agent must work with and how clear-cut the process is. We work iteratively, so results show early.

What determines the cost of implementing an AI agent?

Mainly the complexity of the process, the number of integrations and the quality of their interfaces, the required reliability, and control mechanisms such as human approval and logs. The running cost of the models matters too. We estimate after analyzing the specific process, and often recommend starting with one well-defined task to prove the value before widening the scope.

Can an AI agent do something unwanted in my systems?

That is a fair concern, so we limit the agent’s permissions to the minimum, require human approval for actions with bigger consequences, and record every step in a log so it can be traced. Before launch we test edge cases. We do not promise it will never err, but we design so a mistake can be caught and, where possible, reversed. We apply security management aligned with ISO/IEC 27001.

What happens to an AI agent after launch, and can it take on more tasks?

After launch we watch how the agent handles real cases and refine its instructions and tools. The systems it connects to change over time, so it needs maintenance. Once the first process runs reliably, you can add more tasks or more agents. The code and documentation belong to you, so you can continue development with us or on your own.
