Custom software
Internal tools and workflow systems
Many companies run key processes in spreadsheets and email. We replace them with simple systems that enforce step order, permissions and deadlines.
What we can do for you
Flows and approvals
Requests, orders and documents passing from person to person by set rules.
Work orders and tasks
Assignment, statuses, deadlines and reminders in one place.
Team panels
A view tailored to the role: sales rep, warehouse worker, manager.
Notifications and reports
Automatic updates on changes and summaries for management.
About this service
Custom software, also called bespoke software, is built around the processes of a specific company. It covers MVPs and prototypes, internal tools and workflow systems, legacy system modernization, and maintenance and development of existing solutions. We can also join your team as a dedicated development team.
Compared with off-the-shelf programs, a custom system avoids workarounds, integrates better with other tools and gives you full control of the code and its further development.
Why Cormo
Order in processes
Everyone knows what stage a case is at and what their task is.
Time saved
Less searching for information and asking about status.
Fit
The system models your process instead of imposing someone else’s.

Experience you can rely on
We have been building custom software since 2016, in over 100 projects. We work iteratively, show progress every few weeks, and hand over the code and documentation to the client. We also take over systems built by other companies.
How we work
- 01
Meeting
We learn the business goal, the users and the project constraints.
- 02
Estimate
We settle the scope, a first estimate and a schedule.
- 03
Delivery
We design, build and test in short iterations.
- 04
Support
We deploy, monitor and evolve the solution after launch.
Estimate calculator
Estimate your project in 2 minutes
Answer a few questions and we will prepare a first estimate and send it to your email. No strings attached.

Legacy modernization
The old system still works, but every change is costly and risky. We help clean it up, upgrade it or replace it step by step, without stopping the company.
MVP and prototypes
Instead of building everything at once, we start with the smallest version of the product that shows whether the idea works. Then we develop it based on real data.
Maintenance and development
A system needs care after launch: updates, monitoring and quick reaction to errors. We provide it for our own projects and for solutions taken over from other companies.
Dedicated teams
A team that works on your product like an in-house department, without the cost and time of hiring. We choose the team’s composition to match the project stage.
Frequently asked questions
What are internal tools and which problems do they solve?
These are applications used by a company’s staff rather than customers: admin panels, request systems, calculators, reports or tools that replace Excel spreadsheets. They solve the problem of manual, repetitive work and scattered data. We deliver a working application with access roles, plus code and documentation that belong to you. They are usually smaller than full systems, so they deliver results relatively quickly. A good starting point is the one process that takes the most time today.
How does building an internal tool work and how long does it take?
We start by observing how the future users work and establishing what takes the most time today. Then we build the simplest version, show it to users and improve it based on their comments, in short iterations. Duration depends on the number of features and integrations with existing systems. Internal tools suit staged development well, so the first version can launch for a single process and others can be added later. Involving future users from the start decides whether the tool is actually used, not just deployed.
What determines the price of an internal tool?
The number of features and user roles, the complexity of rules, integrations with other systems (for example ERP, accounting, a customer database), and whether data must be moved from spreadsheets. An interface for employees can be simpler than a public one, which usually lowers cost, but it should not be neglected, since team acceptance depends on it. We estimate scope in modules and start with the process that saves the most time.
Does an internal tool need the same security as a public application?
Yes, because it often handles confidential company and employee data, and the risk of human error is real. We use login, role-based permissions, logging of important operations and backups, following an approach aligned with ISO/IEC 27001. Access can be limited to the company network or work accounts. We also decide who may edit data and who may only view it. Confidential data, such as salaries or contracts, can be separated so the rest of the team has no access to it.
What if the tool stops keeping up with changes in the company?
Processes change, so the tool should be extendable. The code and documentation belong to you and we use popular technologies, so changes can be made by our team or another. We offer maintenance and development in iterations: fixes, new reports, further modules. It is worth reviewing with the team from time to time what is actually used, and simplifying or removing the rest.
