About this service
Custom software, also called bespoke software, is built around the processes of a specific company. It covers MVPs and prototypes, internal tools and workflow systems, legacy system modernization, and maintenance and development of existing solutions. We can also join your team as a dedicated development team.
Compared with off-the-shelf programs, a custom system avoids workarounds, integrates better with other tools and gives you full control of the code and its further development.
Why Cormo
Faster start
No hiring process to wait for: work starts once the team and ground rules are agreed.
Fewer commitments
You pay for the team’s work, without permanent employment costs.
Knowledge continuity
The team learns your product and code, and that knowledge stays in the project.

Experience you can rely on
We have been building custom software since 2016, in over 100 projects. We work iteratively, show progress every few weeks, and hand over the code and documentation to the client. We also take over systems built by other companies.
How we work
- 01
Meeting
We learn the business goal, the users and the project constraints.
- 02
Estimate
We settle the scope, a first estimate and a schedule.
- 03
Delivery
We design, build and test in short iterations.
- 04
Support
We deploy, monitor and evolve the solution after launch.

Legacy modernization
The old system still works, but every change is costly and risky. We help clean it up, upgrade it or replace it step by step, without stopping the company.
MVP and prototypes
Instead of building everything at once, we start with the smallest version of the product that shows whether the idea works. Then we develop it based on real data.
Internal tools and workflow
Many companies run key processes in spreadsheets and email. We replace them with simple systems that enforce step order, permissions and deadlines.
Maintenance and development
A system needs care after launch: updates, monitoring and quick reaction to errors. We provide it for our own projects and for solutions taken over from other companies.
Frequently asked questions
What is a dedicated development team and who can I get?
It is a team of specialists working on your product in an agreed capacity, as an extension of your company. We match the composition to your needs: backend and frontend developers and, where needed, a tester or a coordinator. We work in technologies such as PHP, Laravel, Python, React, React Native, Angular, Vue and Node. The code and documentation belong to you, and the team knows your context, which shortens onboarding for new tasks.
What does starting work with a dedicated team look like?
We start with a conversation about the product, plans and working style, then choose the people and agree on communication, for example meetings, task tools and the rhythm of demos. We work iteratively, usually in sprints, with regular progress reviews. The first weeks are used to learn the code and processes. Ramp-up time depends on the complexity of the project and the availability of materials on your side. Over time the team works more independently, and you focus on the direction of the product rather than daily details.
What determines the cost of a dedicated team?
The size of the team, the skills required, the level of involvement and the length of cooperation. We adapt the billing to the situation: for a clearly defined scope it can be a staged estimate, and for continuous development a steady team commitment. It matters that the budget matches the real volume of work, because a team without enough tasks is inefficient. We discuss the specific model once we know your needs. If your needs fluctuate, we discuss a flexible level of involvement so you do not pay for idle capacity.
How do we keep quality, control and security with an external team?
Code goes into a repository you can access, so you always see what is being built. We use code reviews and tests, and show progress regularly in demos. Access is granted on the principle of least privilege, in an approach aligned with ISO/IEC 27001. We agree communication and decision rules at the start to avoid the misunderstandings that most often occur in remote work. If you want to be involved, you can attend planning meetings and reviews.
Can I shrink or grow the team during the project?
Usually yes, although a change is worth planning ahead, because onboarding a new person takes time. The team can grow with the project or shrink when the product moves into maintenance. Knowledge of the project is written down in documentation and the repository, so it does not depend on one person. If you ever decide to take development over with your own team, the code and documentation are yours, and we will help with knowledge transfer.
