Complex web applications
SaaS platform development
We help turn an idea into a product customers pay a subscription for. From an MVP that tests the market fast to an architecture ready for growth.
What we can do for you
MVP and validation
The smallest version of the product that lets you test the idea on real users.
Multi-tenancy
An architecture serving many customers in one system, with data isolation.
Subscriptions and payments
Plans, trials, invoices and payment gateway integrations.
Admin panel
Management of accounts, plans and customer support.
About this service
Building web applications is our everyday work. We build ERP and CRM systems, SaaS platforms, portals and client panels, inventory systems and booking platforms: applications with user roles, integrations and large volumes of data.
We work iteratively in PHP (Laravel), Python, React, Angular and Node.js, with emphasis on security, tests and the ability to extend the system for years.
Why Cormo
Fast start
We focus on the features that confirm the value of the product.
Ready for scale
Solid foundations let you add features without rewriting everything.
A product partner
We help set priorities, not only write code.

Experience you can rely on
Complex web applications are our everyday work: systems with roles and permissions, integrations and large volumes of data, developed iteratively. We work within an information security management system aligned with ISO/IEC 27001.
How we work
- 01
Meeting
We learn the business goal, the users and the project constraints.
- 02
Estimate
We settle the scope, a first estimate and a schedule.
- 03
Delivery
We design, build and test in short iterations.
- 04
Support
We deploy, monitor and evolve the solution after launch.

ERP and CRM systems
A system that knows your processes: from quote through order and warehouse to invoice and after-sales. Without features you never use.
Portals and client panels
Give clients and partners access to orders, documents and statuses without calls and emails. Your team saves time, customers gain convenience.
Inventory systems
Stocktaking without spreadsheets and paper lists. Employees scan codes with a phone while the system compares actual stock with the records in real time.
Lending platforms
From an online loan application to repayment settlement. We build the technical side of the platform so the process is fast for the customer and orderly for your team.
Lead generation platforms
Collect inquiries from many sources, score them and route them to the right sales reps or partners. Everything runs in one system with performance reports.
Frequently asked questions
What does building a SaaS application include and what do I get at the end?
It covers a full product available in the browser: customer accounts and organizations, login, roles, an admin panel and usually payments and subscriptions. You receive a working environment, source code and documentation that belong to you. We most often build with Laravel or Python, a React, Vue or Angular frontend and a PostgreSQL database. The scope of the first version is set so you can test the idea in the market without building everything at once.
How does building a SaaS work, from idea to first customers?
We begin with a product workshop: who the customer is, which problem we solve and what must work at launch. Then we design the architecture and interface and build the product iteratively, with demos every few weeks. The first version goes to selected users, whose feedback guides further work. The timeline depends on scope, so we give it by stages once priorities are agreed.
What drives the cost of a SaaS application and how do you estimate it?
The strongest factors are the number of features in the first version, the subscription model and payments, the complexity of roles and permissions, and integrations with external services. We build the estimate from modules and separate what is essential for launch from what can come later. It is also worth planning for running costs such as infrastructure and post-launch development. That way the budget covers the whole cycle, not just the first release.
How do you keep customer data isolated in a SaaS, and how is security handled?
This is one of the key SaaS risks, so we design for it early. Each organization’s data is separated at application and database level, access is limited by roles, and we test that one customer cannot see another’s data, again after every major code change, since a permissions bug can slip in with an ordinary new feature. The approach is aligned with ISO/IEC 27001: encrypted connections, backups and dependency checks. For personal data we agree on retention and deletion rules together.
Will the SaaS cope when the number of customers grows?
Yes, if the architecture is planned for growth without overbuilding. We start with a simple, readable solution and scale where measurements show a bottleneck, for example the database, job queues or caching. After launch we monitor the system and develop the product in iterations, based on what users need. The code and documentation are yours, so you keep full control of the product.
