About this service

Building web applications is our everyday work. We build ERP and CRM systems, SaaS platforms, portals and client panels, inventory systems and booking platforms: applications with user roles, integrations and large volumes of data.

We work iteratively in PHP (Laravel), Python, React, Angular and Node.js, with emphasis on security, tests and the ability to extend the system for years.

Experience you can rely on

Complex web applications are our everyday work: systems with roles and permissions, integrations and large volumes of data, developed iteratively. We work within an information security management system aligned with ISO/IEC 27001.

Frequently asked questions

What is a web portal and how is it different from an ordinary website?

A portal is a service with login, where users have their own accounts and see content or data matched to their role, such as customer, partner, employee or community member. An ordinary website mainly presents information, while a portal lets people do something: check an order, download a document, submit a request. We deliver the portal with an admin panel, integrations with your systems, and code and documentation that belong to you.

How does building a portal work and how long does it take?

We start by establishing who will use the portal and which tasks they need to complete. Then we design user journeys, mockups and the permission model, and build the portal iteratively, showing progress every few weeks. Duration depends on the number of roles, features and integrations with existing systems. It often makes sense to launch the most important function first and add the rest in later stages.

What determines the price of a portal and how is it estimated?

The price is shaped by the number of user groups and their permissions, the range of features (for example documents, payments, notifications), integrations with CRM, ERP or a customer database, and interface design. We estimate by splitting the scope into modules, so you can make an informed choice about what goes into the first version. If the portal relies on data from other systems, we check their interfaces carefully, because they are a common risk to schedule and cost.

How do you protect data and user access in a portal?

Each user sees only what they are permitted to, and we design the role model with you at the start. We use encrypted connections, secure password storage, optional additional authentication and logging of important actions. Our security approach is aligned with ISO/IEC 27001. If the portal processes personal data, we agree on retention and deletion rules, and you consult legal aspects with your own adviser.

What happens to the portal after launch, and can it be extended?

After launch a portal needs updates, monitoring and responses to reports, which is why we offer maintenance. The code and documentation belong to you, so you can add modules with us or with another team. We develop the portal in iterations, based on how users actually use it. When traffic grows, we check performance and scale the infrastructure where it is needed.
