Complex web applications
Inventory and asset tracking systems
Stocktaking without spreadsheets and paper lists. Employees scan codes with a phone while the system compares actual stock with the records in real time.
What we can do for you
Stocktaking
Planning counts, splitting into zones and teams, and a live view of progress.
Scanning in a mobile app
Barcode and QR reading, also offline, syncing once the signal returns.
Fixed asset and equipment records
A card for each asset with location, user, history and attachments.
Discrepancy reports
Automatic summary of surpluses and shortages and export to accounting software or an ERP system.
About this service
Building web applications is our everyday work. We build ERP and CRM systems, SaaS platforms, portals and client panels, inventory systems and booking platforms: applications with user roles, integrations and large volumes of data.
We work iteratively in PHP (Laravel), Python, React, Angular and Node.js, with emphasis on security, tests and the ability to extend the system for years.
Why Cormo
Shorter counts
Less time spent counting, typing and verifying results.
Fewer errors
Scanning replaces retyping, and the system flags mismatches immediately.
Full history
You know who moved or counted an item, when and where.

Experience you can rely on
Complex web applications are our everyday work: systems with roles and permissions, integrations and large volumes of data, developed iteratively. We work within an information security management system aligned with ISO/IEC 27001.
How we work

ERP and CRM systems
A system that knows your processes: from quote through order and warehouse to invoice and after-sales. Without features you never use.
SaaS platforms
We help turn an idea into a product customers pay a subscription for. From an MVP that tests the market fast to an architecture ready for growth.
Portals and client panels
Give clients and partners access to orders, documents and statuses without calls and emails. Your team saves time, customers gain convenience.
Lending platforms
From an online loan application to repayment settlement. We build the technical side of the platform so the process is fast for the customer and orderly for your team.
Lead generation platforms
Collect inquiries from many sources, score them and route them to the right sales reps or partners. Everything runs in one system with performance reports.
Frequently asked questions
What does a custom inventory system give me compared with off-the-shelf software?
It fits how your stocktake really works: your own locations, categories, asset statuses and rules for settling discrepancies, plus integrations with accounting or ERP. Off-the-shelf programs often force you to change the process to suit the tool, while a custom system works the other way round. We deliver a web application and a mobile app for scanning codes, plus code and documentation that belong to you. That way staff do not keep a spreadsheet on the side, and stock data is in one place.
How does an inventory system rollout work and how long does it take?
We start by analyzing the process: how the count runs today, who counts, what is counted and where the results go. Then we agree on scope and build the system iteratively, ideally beginning with the most painful step, such as scanning or the discrepancy report. It is wise to test it on one zone or part of the assets before covering the whole count. Duration depends on the number of processes, devices and integrations, and on the quality of the data to be loaded. We run the first launch in parallel with the current way of working, so the count results are not put at risk.
What determines the price of an inventory system?
The price depends on the number of processes, the complexity of rules (zones, asset categories, settling discrepancies), integrations with other systems and whether scanners or a mobile app are needed. We estimate after analysis, splitting the scope into modules so the cost of each is visible. The budget is also affected by importing the existing asset register. We start with what saves the most time and add the rest later. For comparison we also present a minimal and an extended variant, so you can choose the scope of the first release.
How do we avoid stock errors and data loss?
Every movement and every count should be recorded as a separate operation with a date and a person, rather than by overwriting a number, so the result can always be reconstructed and checked. We add validations, such as a warning when the same item is scanned twice, and barcode scanning, which reduces typing mistakes. Data is protected by backups and access roles, following an approach aligned with ISO/IEC 27001. Before launch we run a trial comparison count.
Can an inventory system be connected to accounting software or an ERP system?
Yes, provided the other system has an interface or data export. Typical integrations are exporting discrepancy reports and fixed assets to accounting software or an ERP system, and importing a list of assets. We analyse each integration separately, because its cost depends on the quality of the interface on the other side. After launch you can extend the system in iterations, and the code and documentation are yours.
