System integration
ERP, online store and marketplace integration
An order from the store lands in the ERP, stock goes back to the site and the invoice is issued automatically. Data flows with no manual work.
What we can do for you
Orders and stock
Two-way sync of orders, stock levels and prices.
Invoices and payments
Automatic document issuing and posting of payments.
Marketplaces and couriers
One place to handle sales from many channels and shipments.
Monitoring and error handling
A panel listing orders that need attention and the sync history.
About this service
System integration connects company applications so that data flows automatically: between ERP, CRM, online stores, accounting, couriers and external services. We design API integrations, including REST interfaces, webhooks and queues, with error monitoring.
Thanks to integrations, employees do not retype data, and the company has current stock, orders and documents across all systems at once.
Why Cormo
Fewer mistakes
No manual retyping cuts errors in orders and invoices.
Current stock
Fewer sales of products that are out of stock.
Faster handling
Orders are processed at once, without waiting for an employee.

Experience you can rely on
Integrations are a common part of our projects. We connect company systems, stores, accounting and external services through APIs, queues and exchange files, with error monitoring and the ability to reprocess data.
How we work
- 01
Meeting
We learn the business goal, the users and the project constraints.
- 02
Estimate
We settle the scope, a first estimate and a schedule.
- 03
Delivery
We design, build and test in short iterations.
- 04
Support
We deploy, monitor and evolve the solution after launch.

Frequently asked questions
What does ERP integration with an online store and marketplaces actually cover?
It covers an automatic flow of data between the store, the ERP, the warehouse, couriers and sales channels. An order from the store lands in the ERP, stock levels and prices return to the site, and invoices and payments are posted without manual work. We work with WooCommerce, REST APIs, RabbitMQ queues and PostgreSQL in Laravel. Monitoring and error handling are included, and you receive the code.
How does an ERP and store integration roll out and how long does it take?
We start by analyzing processes: how orders, the warehouse, invoicing and returns work today and what API your ERP offers. Then we design data mapping, build the integration in stages (for example orders first, then stock and prices) and test with sample data. Timing depends on the number of channels, the quality of the ERP API and custom rules. We plan the launch so that it does not interrupt ongoing sales.
What drives the cost of integrating a store with an ERP?
The biggest factor is the API your ERP exposes (older systems can be limited), then the number of sales channels, the scope of sync (orders, stock, prices, invoices, payments, returns) and custom rules such as customer-specific price lists. Product and variant counts and data migration also matter. We start with an analysis of the systems, because that reveals the constraints, and split the scope into stages so the most valuable parts go live first.
How do you avoid stock mismatches and duplicate orders?
We decide which system is the source of truth for stock, prices and orders, and use identifiers that prevent duplicates. Events pass through queues, and failed operations are retried with a log and an alert, so a short outage in the ERP or the store does not lose orders. Data travels over an encrypted, authenticated channel, and tests cover failure scenarios. Delays cannot be ruled out entirely, but they can be limited and detected.
What happens after launch if I add a sales channel or change my ERP?
The integration is built in modules, so a new channel, marketplace or courier can be added without rewriting everything. If you change your ERP, only the connection layer is replaced and the business rules stay. The code and documentation are yours. Since external APIs change, it is worth keeping the integration under support: monitoring, updates and responses to alerts. We can do this under a separate agreement.
