Processing of users’ personal dataIn order to gain full access to the content and services offered by us on the websites and in mobile applications published by Cormo sp. z o.o. it is advisable for the user to register by filling out the registration form. Registration will allow the user to use all services provided electronically on the websites published by Cormo sp. z o.o. The form contains a number of categories, including, inter alia, data allowing the identification of the user (personal data). However, it is obligatory to fill in only some of its parts, mainly those providing statistical and demographic data.

We process the personal data contained in the registration form, as well as other personal data of users collected by us in a manner consistent with the scope of the consent granted by the user and the requirements of Polish law, in particular in accordance with the Act of August 29, 1997 on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws No. U. No. 133, item 883, as amended), and the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services (Journal of Laws No. 144, item 1204).

The collection of collected personal data of users is treated as a separate database, stored on a server that stores data of users of websites published by Cormo sp. z o.o. in a special safety zone that provides adequate protection. Only a small number of authorized employees of Cormo sp. z o.o. dealing with the administration of the base.

The right to verify, modify and delete personal data

Each user who has completed the registration form or otherwise provided their personal data to us, we provide access to their data for the purpose of verification, modification or deletion.

The scope of sharing information about the user

Cormo sp. z o.o. as a publisher and owner of websites – does not sell or share the collected personal data of users to other entities, institutions or third parties, unless it is done with the express consent or at the request of the user, or at the request of state authorities authorized by law for the purposes of proceedings providing by them. It depends on the type of cookie file. So-called files “Session” cookies remain in the User’s browser only for the duration of the session (i.e. using the websites of Cormo sp. z o. o.). Persistent cookies last for a predefined period of time.

– administrative, i.e. necessary for the proper functioning of websites; thanks to them, Users can efficiently navigate the websites of Cormo sp. z o.o.

Pursuant to Art. art. 18 sec. 6 of the Act of July 18, 2002 on the provision of electronic services (Journal of Laws No. 144, item 1204), we may be required to provide information, in particular the computer’s IP number contained in access logs at the request of those authorized by law state authorities for the purposes of their proceedings.

Implementing the basic idea of the Internet, we place on the websites published by Cormo sp. z o.o., links that allow users to go directly to other websites. However, we are not responsible for the privacy protection policy applied by the owners of these websites. We encourage users to read the content of the privacy statements posted on the websites collecting personal data. This declaration relates only to data collected by Cormo sp. z o.o. as part of the websites it publishes.

Changes to the privacy policy

The development of internet technology, legislative changes in the field of personal data protection, and the development of our websites may affect changes in the Cormo sp. z o.o. privacy policy. We will inform immediately service Users about any changes on the websites published by Cormo sp. z o. o.
